Junior SEO Manager (Remote)
Are you an organized, growth-focused SEO professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re hiring a Junior SEO Manager to support and execute SEO strategy across multiple law firm accounts. This is a remote, contract position with consistent workload and long-term opportunity.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting and executing SEO strategies across multiple client accounts
- Conducting keyword research, clustering, and search intent analysis
- Assisting with on-page optimization, including meta tags, headers, and internal linking
- Managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles (GBP)
- Performing technical and on-site SEO audits and implementing recommendations
- Monitoring rankings, traffic, and conversions using GA4, GSC, and SEO tools
- Coordinating with content, web, and leadership teams to ensure proper implementation
- Preparing performance updates and contributing to monthly reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (local SEO experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and local SEO fundamentals
- Familiarity with tools such as GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- Experience supporting content strategy and keyword planning
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines reliably
- Clear communication skills and comfort working independently in a remote setting

- Experience working with law firms or professional service businesses
- Experience with Google Business Profile optimization
- Familiarity with conversion-focused SEO and service-area page strategy
- Basic understanding of HTML, CMS platforms, or website builders
