Junior SEO Manager (Remote)

We’re hiring a WordPress / Elementor Developer to create, customize, and maintain modern websites that deliver a seamless user experience. Responsibilities Include:
- Building and customizing WordPress websites using Elementor
- Translating wireframes, mockups, and brand guidelines into responsive web pages
- Customizing themes, templates, headers, footers, forms, and dynamic content
- Maintaining and updating existing WordPress websites
- Troubleshooting layout, functionality, plugin, and compatibility issues
- Optimizing websites for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness
- Ensuring cross-browser compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Working with plugins and third-party integrations (forms, CRM tools, chat tools, analytics, SEO tools)
- Implementing basic on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, image optimization, and page structure
- Managing backups, staging environments, and quality assurance before launch
- Collaborating with designers, SEO specialists, content writers, and project managers
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience developing WordPress websites
- Strong experience with Elementor and Elementor Pro
- Solid understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, templates, and site structure
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development
- Experience optimizing websites for speed and performance
- Familiarity with SEO-friendly website structure and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with custom post types, ACF, and dynamic content
- Experience with staging environments and website migration tools
- Understanding of technical SEO concepts such as redirects, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and schema
- Experience with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD
- Basic knowledge of PHP
- Experience working in an agency environment
