Virtual Assistant – Editorial Team Support (Remote)
Are you tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working behind the scenes to support a fast-paced content team? We’re hiring a remote virtual assistant to help our editorial team manage content workflows, website audits, and basic formatting tasks. This is a part-time or full-time remote position with flexible hours and hands-on experience in legal SEO.
- Running Screaming Frog crawls and extracting key SEO data
- Organizing crawl data in Google Sheets or Excel (filtering, sorting, basic formulas)
- Formatting AI-generated content for clarity and consistency
- Light proofreading and quality control of articles
- Supporting editorial processes and content coordination tasks
Familiarity with Screaming Frog SEO Spider
Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets)
Experience with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, etc.)
Attention to detail and ability to follow editorial instructions
Independent work ethic and time management skills
SEO knowledge is a plus, but not required
